RG GARCIA PMP

ABOUT ME

During my legacy work as a tire specialist and experienced product planner, I excelled at connecting cross-functional teams and guiding them towards shared objectives. My journey began in 2005 when I entered the tire industry as a marketing assistant, and since then, I've taken on various product oriented roles, eventually spearheading the commercial tire category.

My responsibilities included managing commercial truck and bus product planning, leading development working groups, and crafting innovative product strategies that cater to market demands. With twelve years of product planning experience, I've honed my communication, leadership, and decision-making skills to become a seasoned product management professional.

In recent years, I've grown to appreciate the structured approach of Project Management and have actively engaged with the PM community, joining the PMI California Inland Empire Chapter. Fellow PMI associates are welcome to connect with me on the platform.

Today, I'm working on my Undergrad and Graduate degree from West Texas A&M University full time.
